These Terms & Conditions apply to all services provided by SIMFREE NETWORKS LLC ("Simfree", "we", "us") in connection with the sale and activation of prepaid travel eSIM plans through our website and related platforms. By accessing or using our services, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
1. Acceptance of terms
By using our website and services, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these terms. We may update them from time to time; material changes may be indicated on this page or communicated where appropriate. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance where permitted by law.
2. Services description
Simfree operates an online marketplace for prepaid eSIM data plans provided through third-party connectivity partners. Our services include browsing plans, checkout, digital delivery of eSIM credentials (such as QR codes or activation details), account features, and customer support related to orders placed through Simfree.
3. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter into a binding contract to use our services. By using the site, you represent that you meet these requirements.
4. Account information
Certain features may require an account. You agree to provide accurate, current information and to keep your login credentials confidential. You are responsible for activity under your account. Notify us promptly of any unauthorized use.
5. Pricing and payment
Prices are displayed at checkout and may change before purchase is completed. Payment is required before we fulfill your order. Payments are processed securely through our payment providers (for example, Stripe). You authorize us and our providers to charge your selected payment method for the total shown at checkout.
6. Delivery
eSIM products are delivered digitally after successful payment, typically via email and/or your Simfree account. Delivery timing may depend on payment confirmation, fraud checks, and partner systems. We are not responsible for delays outside our reasonable control.
7. Device compatibility
You are responsible for confirming that your device is eSIM-capable, carrier-unlocked where required, and compatible with the specific plan you purchase. Compatibility information we provide is for guidance and may not cover every device variant. By completing checkout, you acknowledge that incorrect device assumptions may affect activation and may limit remedy options as described in our refund section.
8. Refunds and replacements
Refunds and replacements depend on the nature of the issue and cooperation during troubleshooting. General principles:
- If an eSIM cannot be installed or used due to a confirmed technical issue attributable to Simfree or our fulfillment chain, you may request a refund or replacement within thirty (30) days of purchase, subject to verification.
- Once an eSIM has been installed and used (including consumption of data), refund eligibility may be limited.
- No refund is owed for unused data after the plan validity period has expired.
- Third-party charges (alternate carriers, hotels, roaming outside the purchased plan, etc.) are not reimbursable by Simfree unless expressly stated otherwise.
- We may refuse refunds where there is evidence of fraud, abuse, chargeback misuse, or violation of these terms.
- If you dispute a charge, contact support promptly with details so we can investigate.
Specific outcomes may vary by partner rules applicable to your plan; where there is a conflict, the stricter consumer-protection requirement may apply as required by law.

10. Intellectual property

Services depend on third-party networks and partners; coverage, speeds, and availability are not guaranteed. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied.
12. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Simfree and its affiliates will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of our services. Our aggregate liability for claims relating to any order is generally limited to the amount you paid for that order, except where law requires otherwise.

You agree to defend and indemnify Simfree against claims arising from your misuse of the services, violation of these terms, or infringement of third-party rights, subject to applicable law.
14. Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, excluding conflict-of-law rules. Courts located in Delaware shall have exclusive jurisdiction for disputes arising out of or relating to these terms or our services, unless applicable consumer law requires a different venue for you as an individual consumer.
