By using our website and services, you agree to the practices described here.

Key principles (including GDPR-style privacy expectations)

Purpose limitation: we collect personal data for defined, legitimate purposes and explain those purposes. Data minimization: we aim to collect only what we reasonably need. Storage limitation: we retain data only as long as needed for those purposes unless law requires longer retention. Individual rights: where applicable, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection, or portability in line with applicable law.

Information we collect

Personal information

When you register, purchase, or contact us, you may provide information such as your name, email address, phone number, billing details, and device-related information needed for activation or support.

Payment information

Card payments are processed by our payment partners (for example, Stripe). We do not store full card numbers on our servers. Cryptocurrency payments are processed by third-party providers (for example, Cryptomus); we may receive transaction references, amounts, and status from those providers to fulfill your order.

Usage data

We may collect technical and usage information such as browser type, pages viewed, approximate location, referral sources, and timestamps to operate and improve our services.

How we use your information

We use collected information to:

• Provide, operate, and maintain our marketplace and related features
• Process payments and fulfill orders (including working with payment, cryptocurrency, and eSIM providers)
• Personalize your experience and communicate about your account or transactions
• Detect fraud, abuse, and security issues
• Comply with legal obligations and enforce our terms

Data security

We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures designed to protect personal information. No method of transmission over the Internet is completely secure; we strive to follow industry practices but cannot guarantee absolute security.

Disclosure of your information

We may share information:

• With service providers who assist us (e.g. hosting, analytics, card and cryptocurrency payment processing, email, eSIM provisioning)
• When required by law, regulation, legal process, or governmental request
• To protect our rights, privacy, safety, or property, and that of our users
• In connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, subject to applicable law

Cookies and similar technologies

We use cookies and similar technologies to remember preferences, maintain sessions, measure traffic, and improve our site. Strictly necessary cookies are set because the site cannot work without them. Every other category is set only after you allow it, and you can change or withdraw that permission at any time using the cookie banner or the "Cookie settings" link in our footer. You can also control cookies through your browser settings; disabling them may limit some functionality.

Third-party links

Our website may link to third-party sites or services. We are not responsible for their privacy practices. Please review their policies before providing information.

Your choices and rights

Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or restrict certain processing of your personal information, or to object to processing or request portability. You may opt out of marketing emails using the unsubscribe link in those messages. To exercise rights or ask questions, contact us using the details below.

International transfers

We may process information in the United States and other countries where we or our providers operate. Where required, we use appropriate safeguards for cross-border transfers.

Retention

We retain personal information only as long as necessary for the purposes described in this policy, unless a longer period is required or permitted by law.

Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy & Cookie Policy from time to time. The revised version will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance where permitted by law.
